Dinner – Bread

I had bread sticks for dinner.  I’m just not very hungry today.  Kind of a bummer of a day for me.  Maybe tomorrow will be better.

Well I love meat….  I think if we eat more meat and less plants it will reduce the amount of Carbon Dioxide in the air and thus help reduce the affects of global warming…..  Ya I know that’s crap but it sure sounds better than eating veggies forever. 

I love meat hot or cold.  I love meat 2 or 3 days old.

I love meat on a grill.  I love meat on a hill.

I love meat with bread and Wine.  I love meat by itself just fine.

I love meat from dusk till dawn.  I even love meat more than shrimp or a prawn.

That was a little poem to show my love for meat.

Other than that I’m starting to feel better and can’t wait to get back to exercising.

Dinner – Soup

I had tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich for dinner.  It needed some ham on it but other than that it was good.  Still sick and kind of pissed off…. Just one of those days.

Lunch – Cereal???

Ya I had cereal for lunch…..  What the hell do you eat when you can’t have meat?….  Seriously this is frickin stupid….  I had Rice crispies for lunch…  I don’t even eat that crap for breakfast…  I don’t know if I’m going to make it a week…  I want a hamburger.

I had a breakfast wrap with eggs, cheese, tomatoes, and green onions.  Very tasty.  I’m still feeling under the weather and am really warn out.  This has been a very long week.  I’m looking forward to some time off soon.  Maybe a short vacation is in order….

I skipped lunch today just cause I wasn’t feeling good and didn’t feel like eating.  I ended up going to the doctor cause it was getting to be more than I could handle.  Doctor said I have an upper respiratory infections.  Same crap I get at least once a year. 

I also didn’t work out today just cause of how drained I am….. I’m hoping to feel better tomorrow cause I really like my work out.  It also give me time to just think and not worry about work.  I need a punching bag.

Saturday is the funeral and I think once I get past that I will be back to my old self.  Every time something like this happens I’m reminded of 2 things.  The first being how small we are compared to the rest of the universe and the second being even though we are so small we still have a huge impact even with the smallest decisions we make. 

So asside from feeling like I got hit by a bus I actually am still feeling pretty good.  I just have to keep dieting and stick to my goals.  Day 1 without meat wasn’t so bad.  We will see how tomorrow goes.  I’m hoping it keeps going smoothly.

For breakfast I had a burrito with NO Meat!!!!  It had hash browns and eggs with green onions.  It was very good.  I’m hoping I don’t forget that I’m not eating meat again cause I felt like an idiot yesterday.
